What Is provided
The binding process takes about 45 minutes. You will be rubbed with oil along with a womb massage prior to the wrapping. Self care is an important part of this postpartum tradition. The wrap is yours for 40 days and you will be taught how to wrap correctly to suit your body needs along with the herbs to naturally encourage healing.
