Adequate nutrition is important especially through pregnancy and postpartum. It is also important for this meal to be tasty while meeting the needs of the family. Meals are strategically put together after a consultation using basic ayurvedic principles as well as nutritional necessities specific to the family. Fresh & Organic

Selecting the type of food is just as important as putting together a balanced meal. With this principle in mind special attention and care is taken into consideration while selecting the food to be used. Vegetables and herbs chosen for each meal are both organic and fresh.

Diverse Diets

Diversity is the spice of life. With this comes different diets and cultural/religious traditions. Having a very diverse studied background I am also familiar with different diets such as halal, kosher, vegan and pescatarian meals
